Today, I participated of a meeting where several of the Hong Kong Fulbright scholars were briefed by US consulate officials on the appointment procedures. Learning more about the political climate and economic vitality of this great city. It was wonderful to meet the group of Fulbright appointees and to engage in great conversations.
